Background & Food Philosophy

I have been in the hospitality industry most of my life. I co-owned Collet’s Café & Catering from 1992 to 2000 before moving to Southampton, Ontario. I have a Red Seal Cook Certificate from Ontario College of Trades, a Sommelier Diploma from the Sommelier Guild of Canada, and I am a recent graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Healthy eating is essential to living well.

Whenever possible, we use fresh, locally grown, natural, whole foods and we keep it simple: minimal food handling and processing allows authentic flavour and optimizing nutritional value. Meals should be nutritious, delicious and fun!

A delicious and nutritious buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. We specialize in vegan/vegetarian & gluten- free foods. The following items are included:

In addition, during high-season (June 28 – Sept 3) a hot breakfast will be served at 9:00 am. We will have a vegan/vegetarian entrée everyday as well as an egg- based dish.
