I have been in the hospitality industry most of my life. I co-owned Collet’s Café & Catering from 1992 to 2000 before moving to Southampton, Ontario. I have a Red Seal Cook Certificate from Ontario College of Trades, a Sommelier Diploma from the Sommelier Guild of Canada, and am a recent graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
Since healthy eating is essential to living well, whenever possible, we use fresh, locally grown, natural, whole foods and we keep it simple: minimal food handling and processing allows authentic flavour and optimizing nutritional value. Meals should be nutritious, delicious and fun!
A delicious and nutritious breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. We specialize in vegan/vegetarian & gluten- free foods. We offer a variety of baked goods, fresh fruit salad, yogurt (dairy free option) and home made cereals. In addition there is a choice of two daily entrees; either a vegan/vegetarian dish or an egg based dish.
